Group therapy offers something uniquely powerful: healing in connection, witnessed by others, held in a shared space of safety and growth.
At SoulGround, we view group therapy as a complement to individual work, not a replacement. It's a space to explore relational dynamics, reduce shame through shared experience, and experiment with new ways of being—with the support of a skilled facilitator and a trusted group.
We strongly recommend that participants also engage in individual therapy, where they can process what arises in group more deeply and address aspects of life that may not be group-focused.
Group therapy can also serve as a cost-effective source of additional support for individuals going through periods of increased stress, emotional upheaval, or crisis—especially those who may benefit from greater structure and connection but do not require inpatient, residential, or intensive outpatient care. It offers a larger container: more rhythm, more witness, more grounding.
Our groups are trauma-informed, creative, and built around the belief that healing is a collective act.
