The Trauma Toolkit
Tuesdays 5:00- 8:00 PM
Jeremy Szuba, MS, PLPC, CRADC
This psychoeducation and processing group is designed to help participants understand what trauma really is—how it affects the brain, body, emotions, and relationships—and what healing can look like in everyday life. Through a mix of teaching, discussion, and practical skill-building, Jeremy guides participants in developing their own personalized “trauma toolkit” for nervous system regulation, boundary setting, self-compassion, and post-trauma growth.

Roll for Insight
Thursdays 5:00-8:00 PMRoxann Womacher, MS, PLPC
This therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons group uses collaborative storytelling, character creation, and gameplay as a vehicle for self-exploration and social connection. Guided by Roxann (your trauma-informed Game Master), participants build characters, form a party, and embark on imaginative quests that echo real-life emotional themes—like trust, identity, power, and choice. You don’t need any prior experience with D&D to join—just a willingness to show up, be curious, and maybe slay a few internal dragons.
