More Than Weekly Therapy.
Less Than Residential.
Trauma-informed therapy intensives for people seeking deeper support, focused healing, and meaningful change without stepping away from their entire life.
What Is An Intensive?
An intensive is an immersive therapy experience designed for people who need more support than traditional weekly therapy can provide.
Rather than spreading therapy across months or years in small pieces, intensives create intentional space for focused, relational, and experiential healing work over several hours or days.
At SoulGround, intensives may include:
expressive arts
trauma processing
nervous system regulation
parts work
somatic approaches
sandtray and symbolic work
attachment-focused therapy
community and relational repair
practical support and integration planning
Every intensive is individualized based on your needs, goals, pacing, and nervous system capacity.
Who Intensives Are For
Complex trauma and CPTSD
Structural dissociation/DID/OSDD
Neurodivergent adults
Burnout and nervous system overwhelm
People feeling “stuck” in weekly therapy
Life transitions or identity shifts
Those seeking immersive trauma work without residential treatment
Therapists/helpers/frontline workers carrying accumulated trauma
What Makes SoulGround Different?
SoulGround is not a luxury wellness retreat or a sterile clinical program.
Our work is relational, creative, trauma-informed, and community-centered. We believe healing happens not only through insight, but through embodiment, expression, connection, play, meaning-making, and nervous system repair.
Our intensives are especially supportive for people who:
have not felt fully understood in traditional therapy spaces
experience dissociation or fragmentation
mask heavily in everyday life
need experiential rather than purely verbal approaches
long for depth, authenticity, and connection
