The SoulGround Way

Committed to care that is compassionate, creative, and deeply trauma-informed.

Healing at SoulGround often includes a combination of individual therapy, expressive arts work, relational process, and community-based experiences that support change across time rather than in a single moment.

Some sessions focus on conversation.

Some include creative exploration.

Some involve mapping inner systems, working with story, or building new ways to stay connected to yourself during difficult moments.

Creative work might include sandtray, movement, image-making, storytelling, or other forms of expression that allow experiences to emerge in ways words alone sometimes cannot.

Groups offer opportunities to witness and be witnessed, to experiment with new ways of relating, and to experience healing in community rather than in isolation.

For some people, weekly therapy is the right place to begin. For others, deeper or more immersive support creates the space needed for meaningful movement. SoulGround offers multiple ways to enter the work and adjust the level of support over time.
